End of tenancy: what gets done
- Oven stripped, degreased and reassembled, including door glass
- Kitchen units cleaned inside and out, appliances moved where safe
- Limescale removed from taps, screens, tiles and sanitary ware
- Skirtings, sockets, switches, door frames and handles
- Internal windows, sills and tracks
- Floors vacuumed and washed throughout
Landlords, agents and holiday lets
- Same-day changeovers between guests where the schedule allows
- Keysafe or agent-key access, so you don't need to be there
- Photos on completion if you need them for a file
- Carpet cleaning added to the same visit if the property needs it
- Invoiced per property or per block

Domestic cleaning questions
Do I need to be in while you clean?
No. Plenty of our end of tenancy and holiday let work is done on keysafe or agent access, and we'll let you know when we're done.
Will an end of tenancy clean get my deposit back?
We clean to a check-out standard and we'll tell you before we start if something in the property is damage rather than dirt. A scorched worktop or a cracked screen won't be fixed by cleaning, and it's better you hear that from us early.
Can you do a same-day holiday let changeover?
Usually, if we know the dates in advance. Changeovers are tight by nature, so the earlier they're in the diary the more reliably we can hold the slot.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Everything, including commercial machines for carpets and hard floors if the job needs them.
Can you clean the carpets at the same time?
Yes, and it's usually cheaper to combine the two visits. We're Prochem-trained for carpet and soft-furnishing work.
