Mould remediation · domestic
- The situation
- Mould had spread along a skirting board and lifted the wallpaper away from a wall that was still holding moisture.
- What we did
- Affected material stripped back, growth treated with specialist biocide, then the structure dried out with a dehumidifier before anything was made good.
- Outcome
- Wall and skirting returned clean and dry, with the cause addressed rather than covered up.
Odour & nicotine · domestic
- The situation
- Years of tobacco residue had stained the ceilings amber throughout and left an odour that airing the property wouldn't shift.
- What we did
- Full nicotine residue removal and toxic odour treatment at source, room by room, rather than sealing or masking the smell.
- Outcome
- Original paint colour recovered and the smell gone. The photograph shows the difference mid-clean.
Hoarding clearance · domestic
- The situation
- A property and its grounds had accumulated to the point where access and safety were both compromised.
- What we did
- Staged clearance agreed with the household in advance, covering what was kept and what was disposed of, followed by a full clean of the reclaimed space.
- Outcome
- Property returned to safe use, waste separated and disposed of compliantly.
